Questions worth answering.
A practical guide to how WIZUP works, what AI does, what you control, and where the legal details live.
Getting started
What is WIZUP?
WIZUP is an AI-native product studio that helps you explore opportunities, shape strategy, create product material, and prepare sales and storefront experiences.
Who is WIZUP for?
Creators, freelancers, operators, business owners, and teams with an idea or expertise they want to turn into a clearer digital product.
Do I need an existing idea?
No. You can start with a problem, audience, signal, or rough idea and refine it through the available workflow.
Who operates WIZUP?
WIZUP is operated by VIBEJAM DIGITAL, a registered Kenyan business name (BN-ZWSAMKE7). Registered principal place of business: Sohail Regency, Rhapta Road, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya; postal address: P.O. Box 62986-00800, Westlands, Kenya. Contact wizuplive@gmail.com.
What it creates
What can WIZUP help me create?
Depending on the available feature set, WIZUP can help with research, strategy, writing, editing, visuals, product structure, sales assets, and storefront preparation.
What does AI do versus what I control?
AI can produce drafts and suggestions. You control the inputs, edits, rights checks, pricing, claims, and final publication decisions.
Does WIZUP publish or sell products automatically?
Public or commercial actions depend on the feature and the approval flow actually offered. Review before anything goes live; do not assume generation is publication.
AI and quality
Are outputs automatically accurate?
No. AI output may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or similar to other output. Review important factual, legal, financial, medical, tax, and regulatory claims.
Does WIZUP guarantee a successful product?
No. WIZUP does not guarantee revenue, customers, traffic, ranking, profit, funding, product-market fit, or commercial success.
Does WIZUP replace professional advice?
No. The Services are decision-support tools and do not replace qualified legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or regulatory advice.
Ownership and IP
Who owns my ideas and content?
You retain applicable rights in material you submit. WIZUP receives only the limited rights reasonably needed to operate the Services, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Can I use outputs commercially?
You may use outputs for lawful purposes subject to applicable law, third-party rights, provider terms, and the fact that AI output is not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable, or non-infringing.
Does WIZUP own my business or product?
No. WIZUP retains its platform, code, workflows, templates, brand, and other background IP; that does not transfer ownership of your business or customer content.
Creators and identity
Can I use public creator material?
Researching public material, where legally permitted, does not give permission to publish under someone else’s identity or use their name, image, voice, likeness, or reputation commercially.
Does research mean a creator endorses WIZUP?
No. Research, reference, analysis, or internal modelling does not constitute an endorsement or imply sponsorship, authorship, approval, partnership, affiliation, or authorisation.
How are creator partnerships different?
A selected creator partnership is a separate production, licensing, revenue-share, or publishing arrangement. A signed partnership agreement controls if it conflicts with general Terms.
Privacy and data
What information does WIZUP collect?
Depending on the features you use, WIZUP may process account, workspace, prompt, generated, support, creator-enquiry, transaction, technical, and browser-storage data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Do AI providers receive my prompts or content?
WIZUP uses Google Vertex/Gemini and Tavily for certain AI and research features. A prompt or relevant workspace context may be sent when needed. WIZUP does not use private project content to train a general-purpose WIZUP model, but provider logging, caching, and feature-specific retention can still apply.
How do I request or delete my data?
Email wizuplive@gmail.com with “Privacy request,” “Access request,” “Delete my account/data,” or “Correction request.” Include the account email and enough detail to locate the request. Deletion is processed after verification and may exclude records that must be retained for payment, security, legal, backup, or provider reasons.
Does WIZUP sell personal data or run targeted advertising?
No. WIZUP does not sell personal data or use personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising. WIZUP currently does not use Google Analytics or advertising/retargeting technology.
Is Google Analytics live?
No. WIZUP currently does not use Google Analytics or advertising/retargeting technology. If that changes, WIZUP will update its Privacy Policy and provide any required consent or preference controls.
Billing and payments
What payment methods are currently available?
WIZUP offers Paystack and NOWPayments for one-time digital purchases. Paystack supports card checkout where available; NOWPayments supports crypto checkout subject to supported assets, networks, fees, confirmations, and provider status.
How do subscriptions and renewals work?
WIZUP does not currently offer recurring subscription charges or automatic renewals. Purchases are one-time digital purchases.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Email wizuplive@gmail.com with the order or payment reference. One-time digital purchases are generally not refundable after material delivery begins, subject to mandatory consumer rights and exceptions such as duplicate billing, payment error, or material delivery failure. Crypto refunds depend on provider and blockchain capabilities.
Security and support
How does WIZUP protect accounts and information?
WIZUP uses authenticated access, ownership controls, private artifact boundaries, signed URLs, and webhook verification. These safeguards reduce risk but do not make breaches impossible.
How do I contact WIZUP?
Email wizuplive@gmail.com for support, billing, privacy, data-rights, security, or IP/identity concerns.
Where are the legal documents?
